- Apply piping gel around edges of wafer paper to use as a sticking agent. DO NOT use water as it causes the wafer paper to shrivel.
- Avoid using wafer paper on buttercream as it absorbs the moisture and affects quality.
- For best results, use cake shortly after applying wafer paper. DO not store in the fridge or freezer
Note: Wafer paper may shrink when applied on cake.
