Orders will be picked, packed and despatched within 1-2 business days from receipt of your order.
Our parcels ship to you by express registered courier via Star Track. As all packages are shipped registered as standard, they require a signature upon delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
No. Currently we only ship within Australia, but are looking to provide international shipping in the future.
How long will my order take to arrive at my doorstep?
Estimated delivery times which apply for parcel deliveries are as follows, and apply from the date your order is 'shipped' out to you, vs. the date you placed your order:
- Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane 1-2 Business Days
- Adelaide 3-4 Business Days
- Hobart,Perth/Alice Springs 5-8 Business Days
- New South Wales 1-3 Business Days
- Victoria, Queensland 2-4 Business Days
- South Australia, Western Australian, Northern Territory 5-10 Business Days
Always allow additional time for orders to arrive during holiday periods, such as Christmas.
Do l need to sign for my parcel when it is delivered?
Yes. All of packages are registered and shipped to you by Star Track and a signature is required upon delivery.
If my parcel arrives by courier, do l need to check it before signing for it?
Yes. If your order contains breakable items, you should always open and check the contents of your parcel before signing for it. If an item(s) are broken, inform the courier representative who will inform you of how you can make a claim for the damaged item.

What happens if im not home to sign for my parcel?
It happens. If your package arrives and no one is home, Star Track will complete and leave behind a ‘calling card’ with the relevant information to rearrange delivery.

I live in a regional town/suburb, will your courier still delivery to my home?
Our courier partner Star Track will always endeavour to deliver all our parcels directly to your front door, however in some remote and regional based towns they may deliver the parcel to a central pick up location such as a local service station or supermarket.
If our courier partner is unable to deliver to your front door for any reason, they will contact and advise you of this, or to arrange with you an alternative delivery address for your parcel.
It is also important to note that as our courier partner Star Track does not operate in all areas, your parcel my be 'on forwarded' to another courier company operating in your area for part or all of it's journey. If this applies to you, your tracking id when entered into the Star Track, will display the words 'On Forwarded' and contain the details of your new parcel tracking id.
